There are many healthy whole grain breads at the
market
to use for sandwiches......avoid the use of white bread......
White bread is depleted of most all....its nutritional value.
Use a variety in choices of breads....to get a wider variety
of minerals. Constantly eating wheat
products leads many
people to becoming wheat allergic.....as
constantly eating
anything can be negative from
just plain lack of variety...!
keeping in mind most all
sandwiches
are good...from tuna
to roast beef when eaten in context of a
balanced diet.......

have you to help put them in

the sandwiches

1. Cream cheese and walnuts on some type of brown bread... 2. Mashed banana, sliced black olives and mayonnaise... 3. Avocado and romaine on whole wheat or pumpernickel bread... 4. Lettuce, grated carrot, and chopped raisins on date nut bread... 5. Sliced cucumbers marinated in french dressing on dark bread... 6. Lettuce, tomato and cheese with dressing or mayo... 7. ...3/4cup mayonnaise...11/2 tsp. basil...1 tsp. dill weed...

1/4 tsp.

...1 tsp.
thyme
2/3cup plain yogurt...
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix
well.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING
...1/2 cup mayonnaise...1/2 cup buttermilk...
...1/2 tsp. broth or seasoning mix...1/2 clove minced garlic...
...2 Tbs. chopped parsley and chives...
Combine all ingredients and mix well in a blender.

DRESSING Combine all ingredients, chill, and
serve. POPPY SEED
DRESSING Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Cover, chill, and

beneficial quality...try and
use freshly boiled water.....serve
plain with fresh lemon or with a little...
