CAUSES OF PMS
By Dr. Michael Jonas Kahn Ph.D. Nutritional Science

The term premenstrual syndrome has been attributed to any number of causes in medicine, but from a NATURAL HEALING standpoint it may be understood as basically the symptoms of a TOXIC and MINERALLY DEFICIENT body---usually found low in calcium, iron and potassium by the time it reaches premenstrual problems.

The reason this CAUSES ill feelings and depression is that when a women goes through menstruation (losing blood), it's a time used by the body for the ELIMINATION of toxins causing ill feelings; and also with the loss of blood, the FURTHER DEPLETION of minerals in the menstrual flow leading to energy loss and depression.

In the pH Balance Program, to get at these basic CAUSES OF PMS, we assess the deficiencies and work towards restoring balance. This by eating a simple well balanced high fibre, moderate protein and carbohydrate diet---CONCENTRATING on the high calcium, iron and potassium-rich foods, and dealing with the toxicities by helping to ELIMINATE them through the high fibre in the diet.

An approach you won't have to worry about long term side effects and the problems associated with medications, hormones and drugs.

So go through the pH Balance Exam and find out the food, diet, minerals, vitamins or herbs that would best bring you back to balance and optimum health. Because YOU DON'T HAVE A DISEASE! You have a deficient and toxic body chemistry that needs to be cleaned up and brought back to balance. And you help do it yourself once you know your pH balance.
